Intermediate Setter-Hitter

The purpose of this camp is to help each player improve her basic techniques of setting, hitting, and back row play. This specialized camp is not intended for beginning players, thus we recommend that athletes who attend have have experience playing the specific positions of setter, hitter, or libero and have an understanding of 4-2, 5-1 or 6-2 offense. It is also best if you have trained and played on a junior club team. If you like to work hard and have a desire to be the best you can be, this camp is for you! Session #1 held at St. Olaf College Session #2 held at Macalester College.
